I understand that many of the things I claim the Liberal/progressives believe are difficult for the average American to believe, let alone accept.  This is why I tell you to check things out for yourself: so you can prove to yourself that I am telling the truth.  I even tell you that, if you know where to look, and you understand the language they use, these people will openly admit that they believe exactly what I claim they believe.  But then, even if you believe me, it doesn’t make it any easier to accept that we are being run by evil people with evil designs, but this is exactly what is happening.  Today, another piece of that puzzle revealed itself:

An Entitlement Mentality Leads To Poverty And Serfdom/Slavery

 Our society has developed an entitlement mentality: we feel we are ‘owed’ something simply because we exist.  This sense of entitlement is the result of decades of deliberately implemented policy by people who have embraced the Marxist ideal.  They have been trying to change our society, our culture.  They call this process of directed change ‘social engineering.’ The goal is to create the ‘ideal’ society by making citizens who will embrace their ideas for how we should all live.  Sadly, these people have been wildly successful in their efforts, but there is still hope.  The lamp of liberty has not yet been extinguished, as is evidenced in this video:

This is tough to write.  In fact, this blog page is getting harder and harder to maintain.  When I set out to start learning the history that had been hidden from me by our schools a few years ago, I knew I would learn a lot that would anger me.  What I didn’t know is that I would learn enough to feel a sense of profound grief over the utter folly of man’s attempts to control his fellow man.  That is what this post is about: the attempt to destroy the last obstacle to taking over this country and running it as a Statist dictatorship.

I ran across a story this week that is directly related to a class I just finished teaching for my church.  I gave an eight week course on Christian apologetics.  The word, apologetics, is derived from a Greek word which means to defend.  In other words, apologetics has nothing to do with apologizing for one’s faith; it is about offering an affirmative defense of it.  While it certainly relies on Scripture, apologetics is also founded on logic and reason.  Contrary to what many skeptics would like to believe, faith is anything but irrational.  Scripture actually teaches reason, and encourages the believer to test everything so they can find and hold to the Truth and discard the rest.  Unfortunately, too few Christians actually know and understand Scripture well enough to offer an affirmative defense of their faith, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise when skeptics attack Scripture as contradictory, or violent or advocating social mores other than those they embrace.  That’s what the story I found is about.
