Or, Making Sense Out Of The Mess We Call Obamacare
There is a lot to consider regarding today’s events surrounding the mess that has come to be known as Obamacare. This post will not be short, and it will assume you have read my previous posts about this subject. Even then, this is one of those issues where many of the threads in the tapestry come together, so it is not easy to make sense out of what appears to be nothing but a mess. However, if you will give me your time, I believe I can offer some thoughts that might help you see things a bit more clearly.
This ‘mess’ is not as much a mess as you might think – at least, not if you are a Progressive whose goal is to destroy constitutional constraints, consolidate power under the executive and seize control over every aspect of the ordinary American’s life. If that is who you are and this is your goal, Obamacare is right on track:
These two stories represent tyranny. Yes, this is open dictatorship. I am not going to post the definition this time. If you do not realize that Obama is making law without any input from Congress, and that this is the very definition of a dictator, then there is nothing I can say that will help you understand the reality in which we live. But this should not be a surprise: we have been living under a soft tyranny for many years.
No, the surprise for many will come when they realize that Obama didn’t break the law!!! While everyone is going to be chasing rabbits and discussing whether or not Obama can do what he did, those who understand what the ‘Affordable Care Act’ really is will know that he has the authority to do what he did – and a whole lot more. Do you remember when Nancy Pelosi said we had to pass the bill to find out what was in the bill? That was because most of the bill had not been written! It simply said the head of the new Obamacare Agency would decide what regulations (read that laws) would be necessary to do whatever they wanted to do. And, since Health and Human Resources falls under the control of the President, Obama can dictate that Sebelius do whatever he tells her to do. In short, Congress signed away its authority to the Executive branch. So, if we are going to be honest with ourselves, Obama is doing exactly what Congress gave him the authority to do. He is also doing exactly what the bill was designed to do: destroying the health care industry while seizing control of every aspect of your life.
We know this because industry is now warning Obama that he is going to cause exactly what all collectivist and centralized control over the economy always causes:
But this, too, is by design. So is the destruction of employer-based health care. Just like their promise that you could keep your plan, they lied about the costs to employers:

When the other hsoe drops — the disaster that is coming when employers start dropping their coverage — the system will collapse. That will be by design. Here is how this all works:
1 – Obamacare gives the President control over your health care, which has seized control over every aspect of your life. Congress is no longer needed for anything. It can all be done through HHR.
2 – Obamacare will crash the private insurance industry, which will then be blamed on their greed and used as ‘proof’ that the free market does not work. However, in reality, what will have been proven – yet again – is that the economy cannot function by centralized control.
3 – The government will then use the crash of our healthcare system to implement national healthcare (which was essentially nationalized today by Obama).
4 – Once health care becomes a division of the government, the death panels – and they are there – will be used to alleviate some of the pressure from the elderly and disabled. Never forget: this system was designed by Progressives; Progressives started the Eugenics program in this country; and Progressives have never abandoned their Eugenicist goals. They just disguised them differently.
5 – In the name of national health care, doctors and other medical professionals will be told how much they can make, where they will work and for how long. Many will be forced to work. It is the only way the system will be able to survive, and, even then, it won’t function – it can’t.
6 – You lose your 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendment Rights under Obamacare. Remember, religion has been mentioned as a sign of mental disorder; guns are dangerous to others and will have to be controlled to protect their health and reduce govt. cost associated with gunshot wounds; you have given your private information to the health care system “willingly,” which means the rest of the govt. no longer needs a warrant to obtain it; and you have also surrendered your right not to testify against yourself as – once again – you have “willingly” given the govt. your personal info and DNA – which the govt. is trying to claim they own!
I can go on, but do I really need to do so? Do you see yet? This bill must be repealed and everyone who had anything to do with drafting and implementing it removed from public office, then this nation is dead. But it won’t end there. If you think people such as myself will not be targeted – via NSA snooping on my political activities – and then denied care – especially where it could lead to a premature death – then you have not been paying attention. Remember, Obama has already said he is pretty good at killing people. Well, Congress handed him a license to do just that – he just has to do it indirectly (for now).
Oh! And one more thing: is there anyone out there who still wants to argue with me about something being right just because it is legal? Guess what? All of what they are doing was once deemed legal by our Supreme Court. Yes, the Court has even declared that it is the State’s right to decide whether or not “imbeciles” are allowed to breed. The same people who packed that court with like-minded people who then made that ruling are now running our government. Hillary said so in the 2008 Democrat Primaries.
Are you starting to see the big picture yet?
[NOTE: When the government can and does tell private business how it must operate, the government has nationalized that industry. There is another word for this. It’s called Fascism. Now consider this: Obamacare nationalizes the people. There is a very famous figure in history who said that he did not need to nationalize all industry because he could just nationalize the people. That man’s name was Adolf Hitler. Do you see why I keep pounding the connections between 1930’s Germany and modern America yet?]

B., he cannot make an administrative change. The stipulations in the law still must be changed only through congress. Next, you have insurance companies who have spent 3 years preparing for the implementation of this law.
If they change the law, it will take some time for insurance companies to rewrite everything they have studied on for all this time.
Will this be the straw that breaks the camel’s back? Surely people must see that this administration couldn’t get a critical website formed in three years. Do they really believe it can handle healthcare?

He hasn’t changed the bill. If you read it, the bill is filled with “shall be determined by” loop holes, and guess who runs the people who make those ‘determinations?’ So, yes, as much as I hate this, he can pretty much do whatever he wishes and claim he is acting within the limits of that law — because he is. It was written to allow anything necessary and to prevent any further need for Congress to do anything.
This is a case where the idiots in Congress SHOULD have read what they were passing, because — this time — they voted themselves into irrelevancy.

There is no political solution to where we are headed as a country. The scales have been tipped past the point of no return.
Few realize that man in his natural state = total depravity. Man is born inherently evil and unless he accepts Jesus Christ as his savior he can do nothing good. He may attempt to be a moral person based on his concepts of good and evil but in reality he will spend eternity in Hell.
In John 6 Jesus said that, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him… This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.” Apart from Christ, man is foolish, dead in sin (Ephesians 2:1-3), enslaved to sin (Romans 6:17), and following the spirit of the power of the air (Satan) (Ephesians 2:2). “A natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised” (1 Corinthians 2:14). His wisdom is demonic and earthly (James 3:15). He cannot hear the word of Christ and God (John 8:43, 47). He is not able to subject his flesh to the law of God (Romans 8:7-8). Just as people cannot change the color of their skin, those who are accustomed to doing evil cannot do good (Jeremiah 13:23). Every intention of the thoughts of man’s heart are only evil continually (Genesis 6:5). The intention of man’s heart is evil from his youth (Genesis 8:21). Surely we were brought forth in iniquity, and in sin were we conceived (Psalms 51:5)!
Contrary to the doctrine of universal prevenient grace, all of these passages show that, apart from being in Christ, our total depravity is actual and not hypothetical.
That is now the majority of Americans, whom we need to pray for. On my knees with tears in my eyes, praying daily for those that have been led astray by supernatural forces they don’t understand. This even includes close relatives and friends that refuse to humble themselves before The Lord.
