How The Statists Have Begun To Destroy The Military

This is tough to write.  In fact, this blog page is getting harder and harder to maintain.  When I set out to start learning the history that had been hidden from me by our schools a few years ago, I knew I would learn a lot that would anger me.  What I didn’t know is that I would learn enough to feel a sense of profound grief over the utter folly of man’s attempts to control his fellow man.  That is what this post is about: the attempt to destroy the last obstacle to taking over this country and running it as a Statist dictatorship.

This post starts by understanding that many dictatorships in the past have utterly distrusted the troops who were sent to fight – and often die – for the government.  I say government here because a nation that is truly free and self-governing seldom – if ever – dishonors or abandons its soldiers.  On the contrary: a nation of free people honors those who sacrifice their lives to the service of their fellow citizens.  That spirit of honor is not in the psyche of the Statist:

The person who wrote that story has everything backward.  Tyranny never yields power because it suddenly finds a streak of benevolence.  Tyranny must be defeated.  That requires people who are willing to fight for liberty.  When liberty is won – if it is won – it is because of those who sacrificed to win it – not because of some benevolent government, or the supposed rule of law, as the author suggests.  In fact, the author seems woefully ignorant of the fact that he epitomizes the very mentality which has destroyed the Constitution through the doctrine of the living document.  In short, he is the essence of everything he claims to be against – not the soldier of a free nation.  The author in this piece would be better served by looking to his friends – especially those in government.  There is where the true problem lies.

Then there is this, yet another example of a nation turning its back on its servicemen:

This man volunteers to fight for this nation – to fight so this same judge can sit safely and comfortably on his or her fat rear end – and then, when he comes home broken from that service, this nation puts him in jail.  If there is true justice in this world, this vet and all those like him would get the help they need – not the people in this nation who refuse to work and chose to vote for people who will steal money from hard workers – through taxes – so it can be given to them in the form of welfare and Obamacare.  What’s more, this judge would be sentenced to ten years for violating the public trust.  But then, the Statist never does see personal responsibility for anything they do – in this case, sending this soldier to a place where he came home “broken.”

But then, the corruption of our courts should not surprise us.  After all, the Statsist have been telling us they plan to turn it into a weapon they can use against the people…at least, those people who refuse to sit down and obey their dictates:

We were able to reform our financial system so that the likelihood of taxpayer-funded bailouts is a lot less than it was. We were able to expand funding for young people going to college. We were able to expand national service for young people who want to serve. We fought long and hard for consumer protections that weren’t there before.

As Lisa mentioned, we are remaking the courts. I know that we’ve got some lawyers here, and here in Texas sometimes people feel a little frustrated about the pace of appointments here in Texas. But you should know that in addition to the Supreme Court, we’ve been able to nominate and confirm judges of extraordinary quality all across the country on federal benches. We’re actually, when it comes to the district court, matching the pace of previous Presidents. When it comes to the appellate court, we’re just a little bit behind, and we’re just going to keep on focused on it.

If you have learned to speak “Progressive,” then you know that these words do not mean what most Americans will think they mean:

But you should know that in addition to the Supreme Court, we’ve been able to nominate and confirm judges of extraordinary quality all across the country on federal benches.

What that means is they have been able to nominate people who share their Statist goals of creating a Progressive utopia.  They mean they are remaking the courts exactly the same way they have been “fundamentally transforming” this nation.

First, you implement a National Reserv and personal income tax (so you can debase the peoples’ money and use the tax code to control their behavior – even to the point of confiscating their property if they do not comply).

Next, you destroy federalism and make it so all federal seats are elected by the direct vote of the people (so they can be manipulated and the voting rigged).

Then, you seize control of the schools and media and you start to indoctrinate people.  You teach them the nation is bad, that the founders were evil, rich, white racists and that the Constitution is flawed.

Then you seize the courts and start telling people the Constitution must be seen as a living document with absolutely no connection to the Declaration of Independence (to insure you can get what follows passed, nullify the peoples’ attempt to stop your agenda and to destroy the rule of law and codify the rule of men).

Then you make them dependent upon you through social security, Medicare, Medicaid, welfare and Obamacare and a myriad of other government hand outs.  This keeps an ever growing number of people voting your way.

Then you kick God out of the schools, court house and all other government bodies (so the moral restraints against the evil of tyranny are further removed from its encroachments).

You use the media and bully pulpit to beat down and destroy the lives of anyone who tries to educate the people, or to stand in opposition to your growing tyranny (call it political correctness).

Finally, when victory is at last in sight, you destroy the military (so that those who are left are politically inclined to do your bidding – even to the point of firing on their own people).

Once this last step is completed, why would you ever bother to run for another election?  Who could or would even dare stop you from declaring yourself dictator?  And how could anyone ever know that this is exactly what your predecessors said they wanted, and how they said they would go about making it happen?  They couldn’t – because you took care of that early on when you seized the schools and media.
