LESSONS IN LOGIC: Why Collectivists MUST Blame Others For Their Failures

Among the many things our society must learn to demand is the freedom to start thinking for ourselves again, because, when we do, it will be easier to see the obstacles that have been placed in the way of taking back the rest of our rights and liberties.  Here’s an example of what I mean and how it works:

Collectivists never accept responsibility for their failures.  They always blame it on a scapegoat.  But why do they do this?  I have heard many people offer many explanations, but the answer is actually much simpler than most of the examples I have heard – and it is probably because the answer is much more simple (and obvious) than we’ve been conditioned to expect.  The answer is this simple:

 

Now, think that through for a moment: you are not a failure…until you start blaming others for your mistakes.  What does that really mean?  Now, I’m not trying to talk down to anyone, because I didn’t fully understand this myself until just this week.  Here’s what I discovered when I really dug into the meaning in these simple words.

If you accept responsibility for your mistakes, but you never have any success, eventually, people figure out it isn’t that you have had bad luck; it’s that your ideas just don’t work.

Now, if you are a collectivist, as much as you may try to deny it, you subconsciously know you are advocating ideas that do not work because they are counter to the natural order of this universe.  But, if pushing these bad ideas is all you have and the people somehow figure that out, you will lose your power and prestige.  In a free and self-governing society, this also means you are going to be returned to the private sector.

However, if you have rejected or cannot adapt to the natural order of the universe, you know that you cannot make it in the private sector, which means you know that you will not only lose your power and prestige, but you will most likely have to depend on the charity of others to survive.

This is a prospect that many of these arrogant, self-appointed elites simply cannot face, so, rather than accept responsibility for their failures, they blame others for them.  What’s more, because they know they are committing a wrong upon a wrong, and because misery loves company, these same people work to convince others that they are not responsible for their condition, either.  Instead, they tell them they are victims of those who have exploited them; thereby gaining the support they need to remain in power and fooling themselves into a feeling of false security through self-generated vindication.

This is why people blame others for their mistakes, and this is a sure sign of a failed ideology, as well.
