When President Obama goes on TV and tries to scare Americans into pressuring Congress to give him what he wants, he is waging terrorism on America. When the President directs the bureaucracies under his Administration to make things as painful as possible on Americans until he gets his way, he is waging terrorism on the American people. When President Obama goes on camera and tells the markets that they should be scared if he doesn’t get his way, he is waging terrorism on the American economy. When the President goes on television and tells the world the United States will default if he doesn’t get his way, he is waging terrorism on the global economy. By any measure of the language, Obama is a terrorist — pure and simple:
: the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion
This is exactly what Obama is doing: using terror to force his will on the American people. By definition, this man is a terrorist. I propose we treat him as such.
Now, to be sure, the President will tell you that he is actually protecting Americans. He would say it is Republicans who are committing extortion by holding the budget for ransom:

He said “we can’t make extortion routine,” saying he was looking out not just for himself, but for future presidents.
The problem for Obama here is that the Republicans are doing no such thing. They are acting entirely within their Constitutional authority to do what their constituents have told them to do. So, why is Obama committing terrorism to get his way? Well, if we asked him, he would probably say he’s just doing it to put pressure on the Republicans:

He said if the Republican’s aren’t feeling any “political heat” then “nothing happens.”
In truth, all the Republicans are trying to do is keep the promises they made in the last election – the latest election. And as the latest election, those promises represent the most recent expression of the will of the people of this nation; a fact borne out by repeated polling. This nation does not want Obamacare, and the Republicans are simply trying to do the will of the majority of the American people.
Obama and his Progressive allies are always talking about “our democracy;” they are always talking about the will of the people – until the people do not agree with their agenda. Then they force that agenda down our throats – like they did with Obamacare. Obama is clearly demonstrating this propensity toward violence. In fact, his entire Administration has been an exercise in constitutional dictatorship. But the way he is acting over the current Obamacare funding and the debt limit increase is nothing but terrorism, plain and simple
