TRUTH: Islam is Incompatible with American Law

I know this will not be a popular post, mostly because — to those who understand it — the logical conclusion is unthinkable.  However, this discussion must be had.  In fact, it is way past due.  So let me recount a discussion I had about Islam and the First Amendment.

I had a discussion with about Islam tonight, if it can be called a discussion.  I was trying to explain to this person that Islam cannot be afforded the protections of our First Amendment because it does not meet the definition of a ‘religion.’   In return, all this person kept saying is “We have freedom of religion in America.”  No matter how many ways I tried to illustrate the problem for this person, they kept repeating the same thing: “We have freedom of religion in America.”

Well, this is true, but it is equally true that Islam is not compatible with American law and, therefore, it should not be afforded the protection of our laws.  Unfortunately, one must understand that definitions have fixed meanings, and in our post modern world, very few people understand this, and fewer still accept it.  If they did, they would realize that Islam is a political ideology disguised as a religion and should be treated accordingly: as a political power at war with America.

Understanding the problem starts by understanding the meaning of the words we use:

On the surface, it would seem that Islam is a religion and that it should be afforded the protections of the First Amendment.  However, once we look below the surface, we find that Islam cannot be separated from Shari’a Law.  Muhammad commanded that all Muslims must live according to his commands — period!  There is no room for debate on this matter:

Qur’an 4:65

“They can have no Faith, until they make you (Muhammad) judge in all disputes, and find in their souls no resistance against Your decisions, accepting them with complete submission.”

Qur’an 33:36

“No Muslim has any choice after Allah and His Apostle have decided a matter.”

In other words, unless Muslims accept everything Muhammad says, they are not Muslims.  And if you only pretend to be Muslim, Muhammad commanded obedient Muslims to kill you.  So, once Muhammad gave a commandment, that became law:

This means Muslims are commanded to fight all of mankind until there is nothing but Islam, and they are permitted to lie in the process (see my series on ‘FOR TRUTH SEEKERS ONLY’).  This makes Islam a political entity as much as a religious one.   Therefore, Islam is not compatible with American law because it is not a religion, but a theocracy (in this case, it is fascism cloaked in the guise of religion).  A theocracy within the borders of this nation would represent a ‘foreign power.’  From here, it naturally follows that not only doesn’t Islam fall under the protection of the First Amendment, it meets the definition of being at war with America by its very existence.

Now, before I leave this topic, let me try to paint the issue at hand another way.  See if this doesn’t make things a little easier to understand.  If Islam is to be afforded the protection of the First Amendment, this means that we must provide legal protection to any Muslim who:

Marries a 6 y/o girl and consummate his marriage when she is 9 y/o; forcibly circumcise his female children; rapes any woman he finds in public without a male member of her family with her or, even if accompanied, if she is dressed in a manner he considers ‘provocative;’ has up to four wives; divorces his wife by putting her bags outside the door; refuses to allow a former wife access to her children; beats or kills someone who insults or annoys him, or who insults Muhammad; takes the property of a non-Muslim; violates any contract with a non-Muslim; kill a female member of his family who dishonors the family, or kill you because you refused to convert to Islam.

I could go on, but I hope this is enough.  You see, in order to practice their religion faithfully, a Muslim is allowed — in some cases commanded — to do all these things.  Now, if you think these things should be protected under the First Amendment, well, you are just as much an enemy of America as Islam.
