WARNING: many people will take offense at this post – and that’s the point! If you take offense at what is nothing more than a call to uphold the highest law of the land – the U.S. Constitution – then you have renounced the rule of law. If you see that the law has been broken but you are too afraid to call to uphold it because of the color of the criminal’s skin, then you have renounced the rule of law. And if you tell people who want to uphold the law they should not run for office because they offend popular sentiment, you have renounced the rule of law. And when the majority in a society have renounced the rule of law, then what is left for the righteous to do? So, here’s the story:

Now, before you join the band wagon to call this man a racist, or a hater, or anything else, understand this: HE IS CORRECT! The President has committed treason during a time of war, and the penalty for treason during war time is usually death. That said, the proper procedures must be followed. The President needs to be impeached by the House, convicted by the Senate and then tried in a court of law. But that will not happen so long as the majority of this nation remains too cowardly and too corrupt to actually uphold the highest law of the land. But first, let me prove that Obama is a traitor.
Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
We are currently at war with Al Qaeda. No, Congress has not declared war, but the only way troops can be committed to armed conflict for more than a few days is in a time of war. The Constitution grants no other authority to commit troops other than this: war. Therefore, though our lawmakers may think they have been slick and have avoided the legal ramifications of declaring war by calling it something else, it is war (remember, form and function are what define). Therefore, we are at war, and Al Qaeda is our enemy. This means that arming Al Qaeda, or providing any other ‘aid and/or comfort’ to Al Qaeda is an act of treason. Obama has done both: armed them and provided aid and comfort to our enemies.
The NATO and U.S. Intelligence told Congress and the Obama Administration that there was reason to believe Al Qaeda was fighting with the Libyan rebels to overthrow Qaddafi:

Obama gave the order to stand down and even removed a U.S. commander who was going to send troops to help the Americans in the Benghazi compound:

On the surface, the speculation surrounding General Ham may appear to be just that: speculation. But when you realize that there was already a pattern of support for Al Qaeda forces coming from the Obama Administration, that speculation moves toward the realm of likelihood – especially now that we have good reason to believe that Al Qaeda forces were connected to the Benghazi attacks:

Next, we know that Obama was and may still be giving arms to the Syrian rebels, and we know that the Syrian rebels have strong ties to Al Qaeda:

Next, we know that CAIR has been found guilty of terrorism by a U.S. Court and is considered a terrorist organization by the FBI:

The truth here certainly warrants impeachment and conviction, as well as a trial. If it can be shown that any one of these cases that claim Al Qaeda was fighting on the same side that Obama gave military, financial or political assistance to, then that constitutes treason. Any claim to the contrary is not ‘politics,’ but active participation in an act of treason. This means that everyone who assisted in delivering these weapons or this assistance is equally guilty of treason.
There is no ‘reasonable explanation’ here. This is treason. If Bush had done this, the Left would have said so — and they would have been correct! Which is why it is treason now. Just pretend Obama were FDR and this were WW II. What do you think would have happened had FDR been this close to ‘flickers of NAZI forces?’ A ‘reasonable’ person knows what would have happened: FDR would have been impeached, convicted, tried and executed. But nobody cares now because they simply don’t care about anything anymore — that, or they are cooperating in the treason or are too cowardly to bring themselves to do the right thing because it would mean removing and possibly executing the first black president of the United States.
And so I say again: the rule of law is dead in this country.
